SUPERVALU INC. ("Company") respects the privacy of users of www.savonhealth.com and www.savon.com (collectively called "the Sites"). This Privacy Statement discloses how Company collects and uses information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Personally Identifiable Information.Certain portions of the Site may allow users to make online requests for information, submit comments regarding Company's operations or the Site, register for certain services online, or inquire about opportunities for employment or other business transactions with Company. Those portions of the site will require the user to provide personally identifiable contact information. Company uses the information you provide for the purposes stated at the point of collection. For example, Company may use a user's e-mail address to respond to a user's inquiry.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Company collects non-personally-identifiable information regarding Site use. Company uses this information in the aggregate as part of our continual efforts to improve the Site. Company may use such information to identify an individual user when Company believes it is necessary to protect the Site, our customers, or others, or to respond to the request of law-enforcement officials.

If you do not agree to this Privacy Statement, you may not use the Site.
Company reserves the right to modify the Privacy Statement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Privacy Statement as modified. The last date the Privacy Statement was revised is set forth below.
INTEGRITY / SECURITY OF THE DATA COLLECTED
All medical information, credit or debit card information, or other personal information that you transmit to the Site will be protected with Secure Socket Layer technology and will be stored by Company in encrypted format. Because no data security systems are completely safe, however, Company does not warrant the security of any personal information that you transmit to the Site, and any transmissions of personal information that you make to the Site shall be made at your own risk.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Children and Privacy. The Site is not intended for use by children. Company encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit. The United States Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") regulates the means by which web site operators collect and use personal information from children under 13, pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (the "Act"). Links to Other Sites. The Site contains, or may contain in the future, links to other web sites. Each of these linked web sites maintains its own independent privacy policies. Company does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of those web sites. When you leave the Site and access the web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties maintaining those web sites apply.
Disclaimer of Liability. Under no circumstances shall Company, its parent companies (including SUPERVALU INC.), its subsidiaries, or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to, or collected as a result of, your access of the Site, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This and the other sections in the Privacy Statement should be read with, and are subject to, the SavonHealth.com Web Site Terms of Use.
Protected Health Information. Company's use and disclosure of your protected health information is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices that is applicable to your state. That Notice of Privacy Practices is posted on the Site.
ENFORCEMENT / REDRESS
If for some reason you believe that Company has not adhered to the Privacy Statement, please notify us by e-mail at SavonHealth@albertsons.com. Company will do its best to respond to your concerns and, when appropriate, take steps to correct a problem.
